Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the service. Also referred to as our Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and staff
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by staff you invite into your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to store content you do not have the right to store. We may suspend an account that does.
4. Billing
Paid plans bill in advance for the term you select, by card or bKash. Charges recur automatically until you cancel. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Your data
Your data remains yours. We process it to provide the service and you can export it at any time. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided as-is without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
7. Suspension and termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, and will tell you why.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
