Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data across the service.
1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, organisation), the business records you enter into the workspace, and technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
2. Why we collect it
To run the service, authenticate you, send transactional email such as invoices and notifications, and to diagnose faults.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service — payment providers such as Stripe and bKash, email delivery, and hosting — and where the law requires it.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise it, other than records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
7. Security
Access is authenticated and role-controlled, traffic is encrypted in transit, and staff access is limited to what support requires.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We also use Google Analytics on our public website to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages they read, and which of them go on to contact us. It sets its own cookies and shares that usage data with Google. It does not run inside your workspace, so nothing you or your customers do in the CRM is sent to Google. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our public website to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people here, and to show ads to people who have visited. It sets cookies from Meta and tells Meta which pages you viewed on farazisoft.com. Like Google Analytics, it does not run inside your workspace — nothing you or your customers do in the CRM is sent to Meta. We have switched off advertising storage in Google Analytics for every visitor, so Google receives no advertising data from us. You can opt out of Meta's advertising from your Facebook ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser — neither changes how this site works. Visitors whose browser reports a European timezone — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — are given neither analytics nor advertising cookies. Google Analytics runs without storage for them, and the Meta Pixel loads with consent revoked, so it sets nothing and sends nothing.
