To run the service, authenticate you, send transactional email such as invoices and notifications, and to diagnose faults.

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service — payment providers such as Stripe and bKash, email delivery, and hosting — and where the law requires it.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise it, other than records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
7. Security
Access is authenticated and role-controlled, traffic is encrypted in transit, and staff access is limited to what support requires.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
