Refund Policy
How cancellations, refunds and failed payments are handled.
1. Trials
Where a free trial is offered you are not charged until it ends. Cancel before then and there is nothing to refund.
2. Cancelling
While we are setting up online payment, cancellations and plan changes are handled by our team — just ask from Help & support.
3. Refunds
Paid terms are generally non-refundable once started. If something has gone genuinely wrong on our side, contact us — we would rather fix it or refund it than argue about it.
4. Downgrades
If you choose to change immediately instead, we credit the unused part of your current term against the new plan and show you the exact figure before you confirm.
5. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails we retry it on the following days and let you know. Nothing is deleted and your data stays where it is. If it keeps failing we will contact you before making any change to your access.
6. bKash payments
bKash transactions follow the same rules as card payments. Refunds are returned to the originating bKash account.
