Refund Policy
How cancellations, refunds and failed payments are handled.
1. Trials
Where a free trial is offered you are not charged until it ends. Cancel before then and there is nothing to refund.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace. Your plan stays active until the end of the term you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
Paid terms are generally non-refundable once started. If something has gone genuinely wrong on our side, contact us — we would rather fix it or refund it than argue about it.
4. Downgrades
Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next billing date. We do not pro-rate the unused part of the current term.
5. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails we retry and notify you. Repeated failure suspends the workspace rather than deleting anything.
6. bKash payments
bKash transactions follow the same rules as card payments. Refunds are returned to the originating bKash account.
