Can I change plan later?
Yes. While we are setting up online payment, just ask us from Help & support and we will move you the same day. Once payment is live you will be able to do it yourself from Billing.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep your data and your workspace keeps working. We will get in touch before anything changes — nothing is charged automatically while our payment setup is being completed.
How do I pay?
Card worldwide through Stripe, and bKash for customers in Bangladesh. Both are being finalised — until then we activate your plan by hand and nothing is charged.
What if I go over my contact limit?
Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working — you just cannot add new contacts until you move up a plan or remove some. We will tell you before you get there.
